  • Students struggling with ADHD/Executive Dysfunction

  • Students who had accommodations in high school and will need support going into college

  • Students who did well in high school because of the structure, but without structure will likely struggle in academic and independent pursuits

    • How to access advising, disability accommodations, and mental health services; tips on making friends and using social supports.

    • Budgeting basics, navigating student loans and aid, and understanding on-campus job options.

    • Dorm essentials, digital tools (e.g., Canvas, Google Calendar), and techniques for minimizing distractions.
